  • The circular Observation Deck features an 8-meter-wide elevated walkway that connects to the Shing Fung Road vehicular bridge, along with a circular ramp and an elevator to provide barrier-free access.
  • On the southern side of Shing Fung Road Park, there is an elevated landscaped platform that provides a barrier free pathway connecting to the Kai Tak Sky Garden on Shing Fung Road, ensuring a smooth and high-quality walking environment.
  • The park is equipped with ramps, wide sidewalks, and accessible restrooms.
  • Braille maps and tactile floor plans are available near the park entrance and the Observation Deck entrance for the use of visually impaired visitors.

Park Regulations

GreenWay Important Considerations

Users of the GreenWay must comply with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to Chapter 132BC, Chapter 374, and the Road Users’ Code. They must follow the instructions of management personnel and adhere to the following points to maintain the safe and orderly operation of the GreenWay.

  1. No person shall ride any vehicle on the GreenWay except bicycles, tricycles, scooters, perambulators and wheel-chairs propelled by hand.
  2. No person shall ride any vehicle outside the GreenWay, except wheel-chairs or perambulators.
  3. Dogs or other pet animals shall be under proper control and effectively restrained from causing annoyance to any person. Dogs shall be on a lead.
  4. No person shall ride any vehicle / scooter in the "dismount zone" of GreenWay.
  5. Bicycles and tricycles shall have white front lights and red rear lights shown and red rear reflectors installed when being used on the GreenWay during the hours of darkness or in poor visibility conditions.
  6. Bicycles and tricycles shall be fitted with a bell capable of giving sufficient warning.
  7. Bicycles and tricycles shall be equipped with a braking system which shall be efficient and kept in proper working order.
  8. Cyclists shall ride carefully and give due care and attention to other persons.
  9. Cyclists shall give way to pedestrians.
  10. No person shall cycle under the influence of drink or drugs.
  11. Cyclists shall not carry any other person, animal or article which obstructs their view or prevents them from exercising complete control over their bicycles or tricycles.
  12. Child under the age of 11 riding a bicycle or tricycle on the GreenWay shall be accompanied by an adult.
  13. Cyclists shall proceed in single file except when overtaking.
